Aceast\u0103 schimbare ar trebui s\u0103 conduc\u0103 la progres, la dezvoltare \u0219i chiar la revolu\u021bionarea unor domenii de activitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Ai grij\u0103 de oameni.<\/strong> Un lider care are grij\u0103 de oameni este un lider popular, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd impune unele m\u0103suri nepopulare (de exemplu, un lider le poate cere oamenilor s\u0103-\u0219i pun\u0103 via\u021ba \u00een slujba luptei pentru ap\u0103rarea \u021b\u0103rii). De\u0219i pare un paradox, realitatea a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 oamenii au nevoie s\u0103 cread\u0103 \u00een lider, iar liderul s\u0103 se poat\u0103 baza pe oameni, chiar \u0219i \u00een cele mai grele momente. Preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a personalului, inducerea unei culturi organiza\u021bionale adecvate, respectarea eticii organiza\u021bionale, practicarea unor promov\u0103ri bazate pe meritocra\u021bie, sus\u021binerea unor politici de bun\u0103stare (wellbeing), reprezint\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva dintre mijloacele prin care un lider poate investi \u00een oameni.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Caut\u0103 s\u0103 ob\u021bii feed-back de la oameni.<\/strong> Indiferent c\u00e2t de bune \u0219i de m\u0103re\u021be sunt planurile unui lider, periodic, acesta trebuie s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 feed-back real de la oameni. Dac\u0103 nu procedeaz\u0103 astfel, exist\u0103 riscul s\u0103 se \u00eendep\u0103rteze de ace\u0219tia \u0219i s\u0103 realizeze, pre t\u00e2rziu, c\u0103 este singur. Psihologia ofer\u0103 multiple mecanisme de ob\u021binere a acestui feed-back: analiza climatului organiza\u021bional, a st\u0103rii de spirit ori a moralului, \u00eent\u00e2lniri ad-hoc cu oamenii, b\u0103i de mul\u021bime etc. Astfel, \u00een func\u021bie de feed-back, liderul va putea s\u0103-\u0219i ajusteze unele idei, politici, ac\u021biuni \u0219i s\u0103 impun\u0103 unele m\u0103suri, \u00een cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de cauz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Men\u021bine c\u00e2t mai multe canale de comunicare deschise.<\/strong> Abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare reprezint\u0103 unul dintre marile atuuri ale unui lider de succes. Comunicarea trebuie s\u0103 fie clar\u0103, s\u0103 transmit\u0103 mesaje emo\u021bionale\/cognitive puternice, s\u0103 fie bine adaptat\u0103 publicului c\u0103ruia i se adreseaz\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 fie \u00een\u021beleas\u0103 bine de audien\u021b\u0103. \u00cen zilele noastre, canalele de comunicare s-au diversificat foarte mult, iar mesajul liderilor poate ajunge instantaneu la mase mari de oameni. Doar pentru exemplificare, amintim: presa scris\u0103, televiziunea, radioul, internetul, discursurile publice etc. Uneori, aceste canale de comunicare \u00eel pot ajuta pe lider s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor criticilor sau s\u0103 explice unele e\u0219ecuri, dac\u0103 este cazul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recunoa\u0219te meritele oamenilor.<\/strong> Oamenii, prin natura lor de fiin\u021be gregare se bucur\u0103 de utilitatea lor social\u0103 \u0219i au nevoie de recunoa\u0219tere social\u0103. Un lider care \u00eei valorizeaz\u0103 astfel pe oameni nu poate fi acuzat c\u0103 este un dictator \u0219i mai mult, este apreciat de comunitate\/organiza\u021bie pentru c\u0103 reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103-i recompenseze pe cei merituo\u0219i. Atunci c\u00e2nd oamenii primesc responsabilit\u0103\u021bi sociale, ei \u00ee\u0219i pot dedica \u00eentreaga lor fiin\u021b\u0103 pentru a le \u00eendeplini, c\u00e2t mai bine. Liderii pot \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 acorde recompense oamenilor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asum\u0103-\u021bi faptul c\u0103 nu po\u021bi controla totul.<\/strong> Vremea c\u00e2nd regele controla soarta fiec\u0103rui supus din regat s-a dus de mult timp. Liderul trebuie s\u0103 se focuseze pe lucrurile strategice, cu impact major. Pe celelalte trebuie s\u0103 le lase \u00een grija managerilor de nivel strategic, operativ \u0219i tactic ori institu\u021biilor, dup\u0103 caz. Aceste entit\u0103\u021bi se vor str\u0103dui s\u0103 implementeze g\u00e2ndirea liderului \u00een via\u021ba real\u0103, \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu actele normative \u00een vigoare. Uneori, \u0219i liderii gre\u0219esc. Ei trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be din gre\u0219eli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solicit\u0103 consiliere.<\/strong> Este greu de imaginat c\u0103 o persoan\u0103 poate s\u0103 acopere, \u00een prezent, toate domeniile de activitate.
