Uneori, pe lista ini\u021bial\u0103 intr\u0103 \u0219i alte elemente neplanificate ini\u021bial, modific\u00e2nd priorit\u0103\u021bile stabilite la \u00eenceput. Fii preg\u0103tit(\u0103) pentru o astfel de situa\u021bie \u0219i, la finalul programului actualizeaz\u0103 lista cu ce ai realizat \u00een ziua respectiv\u0103. Ziua urm\u0103toare, la prima or\u0103 vei \u0219ti mult mai bine ce ai de f\u0103cut \u0219i te vei apuca de treab\u0103 cu mai mult\u0103 determinare, spre uimirea tuturor. Acest lucru arat\u0103 c\u0103 e\u0219ti o persoan\u0103 hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103, organizat\u0103, flexibil\u0103 \u0219i adaptabil\u0103 la provoc\u0103rile mediului de lucru. \u0218efii vor remarca imediat acest comportament \u0219i \u00eel vor aprecia pozitiv.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Nu pasa sarcini colegilor la final de program<\/strong>. Este posibil ca pe timpul programului de lucru s\u0103 nu reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 spui \u201dmul\u021bumesc\u201d sau s\u0103 realizezi c\u00e2t de important a fost ajutorul vreunui coleg. Ai aceast\u0103 ocazie c\u00e2nd se finalizeaz\u0103 orele de serviciu. Gestul t\u0103u va fi foarte apreciat de colegi\/\u0219efi\/subordona\u021bi \u0219i vei contribui la starea lor de bine, \u00een mod semnificativ.Nu ezita s\u0103 o faci!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Aranjeaz\u0103-\u021bi locul de munc\u0103 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t ziua urm\u0103toare s\u0103-\u021bi fie drag s\u0103 reiei lucrul<\/strong>. Astfel, po\u021bi s\u0103-\u021bi aranjezi biroul sau locul de care tu r\u0103spunzi (se opresc aparatele, se pun \u00een sertar obiectele care nu trebuie s\u0103 stea pe birou, se predau unele documente sau se introduc \u00een fi\u0219et, se face o minim\u0103 cur\u0103\u021benie, se spal\u0103 cea\u0219ca de cafea etc.). Se poate aranja un obiect drag (o fotografie, un bibelou, o vaz\u0103 cu o floare etc.) sau o plant\u0103 pe birou, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t la revenirea la program, ziua urm\u0103toare s\u0103 te \u00eent\u00e2mpine \u0219i s\u0103-\u021bi creeze o stare de bine. \u021aie ce-\u021bi face pl\u0103cere s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti pe birou?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Acord\u0103-\u021bi \u021bie c\u00e2teva minute pentru a te preg\u0103ti de plecare<\/strong>. Acest lucru ar putea include: aranjarea \u021binutei, mersul la toalet\u0103, hidratarea, verificarea portmoneului, a cheilor, a telefonului etc. Plecare \u00een grab\u0103 poate genera disconfort sus\u021binut pe timpul revenirii acas\u0103, fie de natur\u0103 fiziologic\u0103, fie de natur\u0103 intelectual\u0103, fapt care va induce emo\u021bii negative. \u00cen mod cert nu vrei acest lucru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Schimb\u0103 c\u00e2teva cuvinte prietenoase cu colegii<\/strong>. Po\u021bi aborda subiecte neutre (vremea, o glum\u0103, un compliment, o recomandare cu privire la un eveniment artistic, o mic\u0103 chestiune personal\u0103, un compliment etc.). Acest comportament te va ajuta s\u0103 la\u0219i problemele de la locul de munc\u0103, la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu le iei acas\u0103 cu tine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong>Rezist\u0103 la serviciu p\u00e2n\u0103 la ultimul minut<\/strong>. Este foarte important ca angaja\u021bii s\u0103 respecte programul de lucru. Plecarea de la locul de munc\u0103, chiar \u0219i cu c\u00e2teva minute \u00eenainte este apreciat\u0103 negativ de \u0219efi \u0219i chiar \u0219i de colegi, care obi\u0219nuiesc s\u0103 spun\u0103 c\u0103 respectiva persoan\u0103 \u201dse gr\u0103be\u0219te s\u0103 rup\u0103 poarta\u201d. \u00cen unele organiza\u021bii chiar exist\u0103 cutume legate de r\u0103m\u00e2nerea voluntar\u0103 peste program, 5-15 minute, tocmai pentru a ar\u0103ta c\u0103 salaria\u021bii sunt loiali firmei. Evident, nici extrema cealalt\u0103 de a se r\u0103m\u00e2ne peste program indefinit de mult nu este recomandat\u0103, ba chiar este nociv\u0103 salaria\u021bilor \u0219i organiza\u021biei.A\u0219adar, respectarea orei de plecare de la program probeaz\u0103 nivelul de responsabilitate, loialitate, angajare, determinare, interes, disciplin\u0103 \u0219i nu numai al angaja\u021bilor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong>Nu uita s\u0103-\u021bi salu\u021bi colegii, la plecare<\/strong>. Acest lucru nu numai c\u0103 este politicos, dar, are \u0219i un rol pozitiv \u00een \u00eenchegarea colectivului de lucru \u0219i \u00een oferirea \u201dsentimentului de echip\u0103\u201d.
