Prima parte, intitulat\u0103 \u201dPsihologia diplomatic\u0103 \u2013 aplica\u021bii practice\u201d aduce \u00een aten\u021bia cititorului subiecte de interes precum: dilemele morale ale liderilor militari, profilul psihologic al unor \u021b\u0103ri, func\u021bii \u0219i lideri, aspecte referitoare la comunicarea diplomatic\u0103, gestionarea opiniei publice interna\u021bionale, aspecte referitoare la protocolul diplomatic \u0219i multe altele.<\/p>\n
