INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP FOR ETHICAL AND MULTICULTURAL FUTURE YOUTH LEADERS

The motivation of this project started from the fact that society is changing right before our eyes, and many of its transformations can surprise us unpleasantly, if we are not properly prepared.

Some of these social changes are aimed at accentuating immigration phenomena, receiving a significant number of workers from other countries on national territories, working in multinational and multicultural organizations, new cultural and religious infusions, understanding and leading people with very different cultural backgrounds, etc.

In order to avoid anomic social phenomena, such as extremism, xenophobia, intolerance, religious fundamentalism, discrimination, separatism, etc., the Inclusive Leadership for Ethical and Multicultural Future Youth Leaders (ILED EMFYL) project brings to the attention of society, in general, and central administration bodies and local, of public institutions, of experts, of the academic environment, of the business environment, of leaders and managers, especially the need to train leading factors in the field of inclusive leadership.

Within this project, therefore, the concept of “inclusive leader” will be addressed, by which a more specific understanding of classical leadership is desired, taking into account the new realities of society.

The project has a pronounced practical-applicative component, which will seek to bridge the gap between theory and practice. In addition to these elements, the project aims to improve and expand the supply of high-quality non-formal learning opportunities for young people and adults, making available flexible learning offers and improving digital skills.

In order for the knowledge set to be easily transferred to the direct and indirect project participants, ILED EMFYL will produce a series of materials, such as a Guide and Course for Inclusive Leaders, a Policy Guide for Inclusive Leadership, a toolkit kit” for the target groups, as well as articles, scientific research, workshops, courses, national and international conferences, in which numerous experts will participate, together with the young leaders. These activities and products will help the activity of multiplying the results.
