This book presents, in its two parts, relevant aspects of the use of diplomatic psychology in real life, respectively some examples of the use of leadership psychology.

The first part, entitled “Diplomatic psychology – practical applications” brings to the reader’s attention topics of interest such as: the moral dilemmas of military leaders, the psychological profile of some countries, functions and leaders, aspects related to diplomatic communication, management of international public opinion, aspects related to diplomatic protocol and many others.

The second part, entitled “Leadership psychology – practical applications” signals a series of interesting elements related to the management of psychology activity, the characteristics of the successful leader, typologies of some heads of institutions, elements about the toxic leader, staff motivation and many others.

The work is a natural continuation of the book “Diplomatic Psychology”, published in 2012, at the Publishing House of the “Carol I” National Defence University, signed by Dr. Cristian Dobre, as well as the books: Diplomatic Psychology in Action, Practical-Applicative Aspects of Diplomatic Psychology and Practical-Applicative Aspects of Leadership Psychology coordinated by the same person.
