TRANSFORM GARBAGE TRANSFORM THE ENVIRONMENT

 The workshop: “Transform Garbage, Transform the Environment” aims to raise the awareness among the audience about the possibility of reusing garbage (for example, making things from items that might otherwise have been thrown away).

This workshop is a practical-applied exercise on the protection of the natural environment, focused on the reuse of items that could be thrown away very easily, in order to save the natural environment.

It has the role of stimulating the creativity, critical thinking and responsibility of the project participants regarding the most efficient and intelligent ideas of transformation and reuse of items that can be thrown away.

By participating in this workshop, participants learn to transform “garbage” into handicrafts, toys, works of art, on the one hand, and will be able to relax and have fun as well.

The impact is determined by the result of the creative production and the thinking of the participants within the workshop. At the same time, the aim is to make the participants aware of the fact that many items, apparently useless and declared too easily “garbage”, can be used in everyday life, for the mutual benefit of each, but also of the environment. Turning them from garbage into useful things involves only an exercise in imagination and minimal talent.

The will to save the environment is, however, a great one.

The emotions induced by the direct involvement of the participants in creative activities, directly allow the change of attitude in the direction of environmental protection and will induce, implicitly, the development of manifest behaviours in this direction.

The workshop will have a major impact on adult education and objectives implementation.
